A 4-stage coaching method — Watch It, Involve Me, Now You Try, Show Me You Know — that builds manager execution and ownership directly on the floor.

Includes Watch It · Involve Me · Now You Try · Show Me You Know certification framework and trainer toolkit. Bundle pricing available when paired with 8D, 5 Whys, or A3 Thinking modules.
