Since November 2020, she has successfully managed full P&L accountability, including payroll, supplier negotiations, inventory control, customer experience, marketing strategy, and day-to-day multi-site operations.
Under her leadership, the business achieved approximately a 15% return on investment in three of five years, demonstrating disciplined financial management and consistent operational execution. She brings operational stability, cultural awareness, and people-centered leadership to every environment she serves.

Michael VanMiddlesworth is a global manufacturing and turnaround executive with over 25 years of experience leading complex automotive operations across the United States, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Germany, and the United Kingdom. A former quality director and program leader for major Tier 1 suppliers, he has restored OEM trust, recovered lost certifications, eliminated major non-conformances, and stabilized distressed plants under severe delivery, quality, and profitability pressure.
He specializes in rapid operational recovery, structured problem solving, and rebuilding organizations with disciplined systems that sustain performance. Fluent in Spanish and grounded in hands-on leadership, Michael is known for transparent communication, decisive execution, and measurable results within the first 90 to 180 days of engagement.
His expertise spans full lifecycle product development, plant launches, QMS implementation, supplier recovery, and cross-functional alignment across engineering, manufacturing, and executive teams.
